Installation Guide

Important Note: If installing into a tight space where tubes will be barely extended or not extended, insert ALL tubes
into both Tube Receivers during this step. The tubes will NOT fit into a tight space once the brackets are mounted to
the wall.
14. Follow Steps 5-7 above to attach End Bracket to wall.
15. If using another End Bracket, measure the same distance from the floor as the first End Bracket and tape the
Template on the wall. Make sure that all holes are level with the holes from the first End Bracket, and attach to
the wall as the first End Bracket was attached (steps 5-7).
16. If you are attaching to a sidewall, measure the same distance from the floor as the End Bracket, and tape
punched-out Tube Receiver template to the wall. Be sure to check that Tube Receiver is level with the First Tube
Receiver, not the End Bracket. It can be helpful to insert the back tube into both Tube Receivers during this
step. Attach Tube Receiver to side wall by repeating steps 5-7.
17. Insert tubes into both Tube Receivers. If installing multiple units, skip this step until after other units are
installed.
18. Place Center Support so the tubes rest in the slots (preferably thicker part of tubes) & mark holes on back wall.
19. Attach Center Support (see 5-9 above) to back wall using anchors and screws. Note: Not all products include
Center Supports. Garage Shelves include two Center Supports. Extra Center Supports may be purchased if needed.
Helpful Hints:
1. Two shelves can be attached to each other by snapping a right Tube Bracket into one side of an End
Bracket and a left Tube Bracket into the other side of the same End Bracket and securing with included
nuts/bolts.
2. For great looking corners, extend one shelf all the way to the wall, and mount an end bracket next to the
first shelf to begin your second shelf.
