5. Repeat steps 2 through 7 for second Tube Receiver on opposite wall.
6. Before Inserting Tubes into Tube Receivers (Plugs on Tubes have very Tight Fit) Coat
Plugs with Vaseline, or Vegetable Oil & Coat Plugs-helps put Tubes completely into Receiver.
7. Insert Tubes, using mallet to tap in and/or twisting the tubes on both ends until fully seated.
If installing multiple units skip this step until after all shelves have been installed.
8. Place Center Support so Tubes Rest(touch) in the slots (preferably large tubes) & mark holes on back wall.
9. Attach Center Support (see step 6 above) to back wall using anchors and screws. Note: 17”-27” products do not
include Center Supports. Additional Center Supports can be purchased if needed.
End Bracket Installation
10. Decide placement on back wall where shelf will end or two shelves will be joined. This is where you will place
your End Bracket. Find your End Bracket template and punch out along all dotted lines.
11. Measure from the floor up (see suggested shelf heights above if needed), and tape the End Bracket template to
the back wall. Make sure the template is level, and mark four screw holes with pencil.
12. Snap the Tube Receiver into the appropriate side of the End Bracket. Hold End Bracket up to wall to ensure that
correct Tube Receiver is snapped in.
12.1. Note: For proper Tube Receiver installation: Larger holes on the Tube Receiver MUST be on the top
AND the small, protruding plastic tab MUST face the back wall. (see photo)
13. Use included nuts and bolts to secure Tube Receiver to the End Bracket.
13.1. Pop the bolt into the End Bracket hole on the outside of the End Bracket.
13.2. Flip the End Bracket over.
13.3. Wrap the nut around the bolt and turn it a few times with your finger.
13.4. Flip the End Bracket back over and use a screwdriver to screw in the bolt. The nut will begin to
move lower and lower on the bolt.
