7.9.8. The procedure for installing the 1-1/2” diameter upper and lower tubes is the same as
described in SECTION 4.6 except the connection is between an adjustable elbow and a
closure elbow instead of between two adjustable elbows. Align the opposing round faces,
measure the upper and lower gaps separately, trim and install the upper and lower tubes,
and reassemble the elbows as described in SECTION 4.6 (FIG. 7.23).
