8.5 RS-232 FUNCTION (RS-232 cable is optional)

Use the tool “Tera Term” or other tools to control the Eyezone B1080PX-4 with ASCII command.

NOTE. 1. The available baud rates is “19200”.

2. The reaction time of B1080PX-4 is around three seconds.

3. Make sure the RS232 function is enabled (refer to section 7.5).

 Using the RS-232 cable (optional) to connect the B1080PX-4 to your PC.

 Keyboard Layout

(XXXXX.XXX)：Play The File (xxxxx.xxx is the file name)

NOTE：Must include the round brackets.

[number]: Play the file by index. (numbers < upper case letters < lowercase letter)

8.6 LOG FUNCTION

Step1. Please turn on the Log Function first. (Refer to 7.4 Other Setup)

Step2 .The new log files are automatically generated every day. The log file contains media filename

and start time of playback.

NOTE: The log files will be stored on the CF card and uploaded to the specified FTP server.

Step3. The log file (.txt) can be viewed on your PC using WordPad.
