1. Carbon Filter Replacement
NoMO’s Complex Activated Carbon Filter is guaranteed for life. However, if a
replacement Filter is ever needed one will be provided to the customer free of
charge, the customer just pays shipping and handling. For support please email us

2. Cleaning the filter sleeve
After a period of time of continuous use, activated carbon dust can build up in the filter
sleeve. If the user notices the filter sleeve building up material, remove and wash with
soap and water to clear out the carbon dust. Ensure the filter sleeve is completely dry
before re-installing the filter sleeve into the Complex Activated Carbon Filter.
