MediaLink Controllers with IR and RS-232 Display Control
The Extron MLC 55 Series Controllers are economical,
easy‑to‑use keypad controllers used for common
AV functions such as power, input selection, and
volume in single display applications. They feature
sleek, new looks with redesigned backlit buttons
and magnetically‑mounted faceplates that hide the
mounting screws and configuration ports, giving the
controllers a refined, uncluttered appearance. All
models include IR and unidirectional RS‑232 display
control, discrete ON and OFF display power controls,
and dual color, backlit buttons that can be custom
labeled for easy identification. The MLC55RSVC
model features a newly‑designed, larger volume knob,
that provides smooth, precise volume control for Extron
MPA Series and select XTRA
™
Series amplifiers.

Access Enclosures
The Extron MLC 62 RS CC is a MediaLink controller
housed in a versatile mounting bracket designed to
integrate into Cable Cubby
®
1200 or Cable Cubby
1400 Series/2 Cable Access Enclosures. This easy‑
to‑use keypad controller provides popular AV control
functions, including power, input switching, and
volume. It has eight backlit soft touch buttons and
features a variety of ports, including RS‑232 serial and
IR ports for universal display control, two relays for
control of lighting, screen settings, and other device
functions, and a digital input. A convenient split‑ring
hole pass through plate provides access to cables from
the Cable Cubby 1200 or Cable Cubby 1400 Series/2
Cable Access Enclosure.
