Mounting the Amplifier
The XPA 1002 and XPA 2001 audio amplifiers can be set on a table, mounted on a rack
shelf, or mounted in the plenum space above a ceiling-mounted projector (see “Mounting
the XPA 1002 and XPA 2001” on page 17 for detailed mounting instructions and
examples).
WARNING: Installation and service must be performed by authorized personnel only
(see “UL Rack Mounting Guidelines” in the reference section).

Power indicator LED — This LED lights:
Green when the amplifier is receiving full power.
Amber when the amplifier is in standby (power-down) mode. Standby mode turns
off all outputs from the amplifier, although the amplifier is still receiving power.
The amplifier can also be placed in standby mode remotely using the contact closure
connector on the rear panel (see item
