PRELIMINARY
3. Pull the communication cable to the MLC 104 IP Plus, and insert it into one of
the MLC’s direct-insertion Digital I/O ports as follows:
• Insert the black wire into the Ground port.
• Insert the red wire into the first available Digital I/O port.
Communication cable connected to Digital I/O ports 1 and Ground on
an MLC 104 IP Plus control panel
The figure below shows a wiring diagram of the instant alert application
setup.
