2. Congure the MLC 104 IP Plus.
a. Using Global Congurator, congure the MLC’s
Digital I/O port for digital input with pull-up.
b. Configure a monitor to send an e-mail when the
Digital I/O port closes.

3. Test the instant alert notication.
a. Ensure that the MLC 104 IP Plus is connected to the
network.
b. Press and hold the two Volume buttons on the
microphone simultaneously for 2 seconds. The
receiver’s LED blinks alternating amber and green.

 channelAorchannelB.
c. Check for the arrival of the e-mail notification.
