To delete a single Source Definition...
~ Right-click on the appropriate source definition in the
source explorer.
~ Select Delete Source from the popup menu.
To delete ALL Source Definitions...
~ Right-click on the Display Processors item.
~ Choose Remove All Devices from the popup menu.
