Each position listed in the response is an input, left = input 1, right= input 16. The number in each position is the output
tied to the input represented by that position.
Video = Input (I) 8 is tied to Outputs (O)1–4 & O13–16; I14 — O5; I9 — O6; I11 — O7; I16 — O8; I8 — O9; I1 — O10–12.
Audio = The same as video except that Input 5 is tied to Outputs 1–4 & 13–16.
