directlytofaultyworkmanshipand/ormaterials,ExtronElectronicswill,atitsoption,repairorreplace
saidproductsorcomponents,towhateverextentitshalldeemnecessarytorestoresaidproducttoproper
operatingcondition,providedthatitisreturnedwithinthewarrantyperiod,withproofofpurchaseand
