NOTE: Characters must be from the alphabet (A-Z), digits (0-9), or the minus or hyphen sign (-). Lowercase
and uppercase letters are interchangeable. The first character must be an alpha character. The last
character cannot be a minus sign or hyphen.

X2% = Device name text label up to 24 characters
