DCX 1600
Modular Digital Matrix Switcher for HDMI and DVI
The Extron DCX 1600 represents a new level of digital
matrix switching forHDMI and DVI. It combines the
simplicity and reliability of a fixed I/O matrix switcher
with the convenience and flexibility of a modular
matrix switcher. The compact, 3U enclosure accepts
any combination ofHDMI or DVI boards. Input and
output boards are available in 4-port and 8-port
versions, providing 16 I/O size combinations with sizes
from 4x4 to 16x16 for full system customization. All
input and output cards are HDCP compliant and can be
mixed and matched for fully-interchangeable switching
between HDMI and DVI sources and displays. The
DCX 1600 is ideal for a wide range of applications that
require routing of high-resolution digital video signals,
with or without copy protection.

Modular DVI Matrix Switcher
The Extron DMS 3600 represents a new level of
matrix switching for DVI. It combines the simplicity
and reliability of a fixed I/O matrix switcher with the
convenience and flexibility of a modular matrix switcher.
The 8U enclosure accepts any combination of DVI
boards. Input and output boards are available in 4-port
input, 4-port output, and 4x4 I/O versions,providing
various I/O size combinations with sizes from 4x4 to
36x36 for full system customization. The DMS 3600
is ideal for a wide range of applications that require
routing of high-resolution DVI digital video signals.
