 and leading zeros for example, 075.3)

X1% = Picture adjustment — 0 to 127 (default 64)
X1^ = H or V position (zero location is 2048, and limits are ± the output resolution) 
X1& = H or V size (0 to 200% of the output area, in single pixel increments)
