Email Settings Page
Access the Email Settings page (see figure 41) by clicking the Email Settings link on
the System Settings page. The Email Settings page has fields for setting up the e-mail
notification capabilities of the switcher. For the e-mail settings and for each row of the e-mail
notification settings, click the Edit button to make the fields available for editing. The button
changes to Save. After editing the associated settings with, click the Save button.

Mail IP Address field
The Mail IP Address field displays the IP address of the e-mail server for the facility in
which the FOX matrix switcher is installed. Standard IP protocol rules apply to the Mail IP
address
field.
Domain Name field
The Domain Name field displays the domain name that the FOX matrix switcher uses to log
on to the e-mail server. Standard domain name conventions (for example: xxx.com) apply.
NOTE: The HTML language reserves certain characters for specific functions (see
Special Characters on page 35). The @ character is acceptable only as the lead-in to
the domain name (such as @folklore.net).
