The following is the data structure used by the Extricom system:


 Each radio is assigned one channel.


 Each channel can support up to 16 different SSIDs.


 Each SSID can be associated with a VLAN tag.


 The same SSID name cannot be repeated for different channels.
Table 8 shows this data structure with an example of possible channel, SSID and VLAN tag
assignments.

In the SSID & Security page, SSID Options section, the following SSID parameters can be
configured to:


 Allow Default SSID.


 Display SSID in Beacon.


 Allow Store & Forward.


 Allow Inter-Ess Store & Forward


 Enable Multicast


 ARP Caching


 Assign a VLAN to the SSID.


 Set a disassociation timeout.


 Set DTIM period.
