Summit WM Technical Reference Guide, Software Version 5.3 71
System Startup
The firmware and bootloader procedures execute the system startup phase. Table 19 provides SSD
descriptions.
The SSD b is displayed to indicate that the OS has started. This is followed by multiple subsystem
specific information signs. Each sign represents a subsystem in ascending order. When everything is
OK, the display returns to SSD b.
In case of an error during startup, an E with a numeric error-code flashes on the SSD to identify the
error.
Summit WM Controller WM200/2000 application states
The Activity LED becomes active to indicate that the system has completed startup diagnostic
procedures (POST), and the OS has properly loaded. The Act LED indicates that the Summit WM
Convergence Software is running. The corresponding running state of the application is indicated in the
SSD. All other LEDs default to off, unless otherwise specified. The Activity, Minor/Major, INT and SSD
are available to report running codes.
