Viewing the protocol directory
View the protocol directory to see the list of protocols that RMON2 can monitor. You cannot change
the list of protocols.
About this task
The protocol directory MIB is enabled by default for the predefined protocols.
Procedure
1. In the navigation pane, expand the following folders: Configuration > Serviceability >
RMON.
2. Click Protocol Directory.
3. Click the Protocol Directories tab.

Use the data in the following table to use the Protocol Directories tab.
Name
Description
Index Shows a unique identifier for the entry in the table.
Protocol Shows the protocols RMON2 can monitor:
Internet Protocol (IP)
Secure Shell version 2 (SSHv2)
Transmission Control Protocol (TCP)
User Datagram Protcol (UDP)
File Transfer Protocol (FTP)
Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP)
Telnet
Remote login (rlogin)
Trivial File Transfer Protocol (TFTP)
Simple Networking Management Protocol (SNMP)
