state transition has occurred on a
particular Virtual Router Redundancy
Protocol (VRRP) interface.
Implementation of this trap is optional.
vrrpOperIpAddr contains the IP address
of the VRRP interface while ipAdEntAddr
contains the IP address assigned to the
physical interface.

This trap is generated after a probe
failure is detected when the
corresponding pingCtlTrapGeneration
object is configured to probeFailure(0)
subject to the value of
pingCtlTrapProbeFailureFilter. The
object pingCtlTrapProbeFailureFilter can
specify the number of successive probe
failures required before this notification
can be generated.
