Chapter 1: Introduction
Purpose
This document provides information on features in VSP Operating System Software (VOSS). VOSS
runs on the following product families:
Avaya Virtual Services Platform 4000 Series
Avaya Virtual Services Platform 7200 Series
Avaya Virtual Services Platform 8000 Series
This troubleshooting document describes common problems and error messages, provides
information about traps and command logging, and provides techniques you can use to resolve
common problems. This document provides troubleshooting information for Avaya Virtual Services
Platform 4000 Series. This document also provides information about troubleshooting tools: for
example, port mirroring.
For information on troubleshooting the Avaya Virtual Services Platform 7200 and Avaya Virtual
