VSP 4450GTX-HT-PWR+
Release 4.0.40 of the Avaya Virtual Services Platform 4000 Series introduces a new hardware
chassis, the VSP 4450GTX-HT-PWR+. This model is designed to withstand an environment with
high-temperature operating conditions. Optimal operating temperature inside the device is
maintained by five 12–volt fans that are speed controlled based on the temperature inside the
device.
The VSP 4450GTX-HT-PWR+ has the following features:
• 48 10/100/1000 BASE TX RJ-45 ports with 802.3at PoE+
Table 1: Maximum PoE+ wattage based on operating temperature
0°C to 50°C
50°C to 70°C
1 PSU 860 W 400 W
2 PSUs 1660 W 832 W
• Two shared small form-factor pluggable (SFP) ports and two 1–gigabit/10–gigabit SFP+ ports
• One field-replaceable 1000 W AC power supply unit (PSU)
It also supports the addition of a second field-replaceable AC PSU for redundancy or additional
PoE.
Note:
The 1000 W AC PSU uses the IEC 60320 C16 AC power cord connector.
For more information about installing the VSP 4450GTX-HT-PWR+, see Installing the Avaya Virtual
Services Platform 4000 Series 4450GTX-HT-PWR+, NN46251–304.
