3 Update the following Discovery Range Information as required:

5 Optionally update the Device Polling configurations.
Range Name
Lists the name for this range as originally assigned. This is a not an editable value.
IP Wildcard
Sets the IP range to search within. You can use a wild card (such as “*”) to
specify variable IP addresses. This is a required value.
SNMP Access
Profiles
Optionally set a different SNMP profile from the drop-down menu. The “default”
profile is used by default.
Enable Ping
Enables the ICMP ping feature. The ping reduces the amount of time needed in
the discovery process by checking if a device is up and running before attempting
to extract information from it using SNMP.
