Summit Switch Overview
Figure 1-11 shows the front view of the Summit5i switch with 1000BASE-LX ports.
These ports use MT-RJ connectors.

All three Summit5i switch models also provide four unpopulated GBIC ports with SC
connectors. You can use any of the following GBICs in the Summit5i switch:
• 1000BASE-SX
• 1000BASE-LX
• 1000BASE-LX70
