9. Attach the device to the two posts of the rack using 6 screws (3 on each side).

10. Install any device modules (management modules, interface modules, switch fabric modules, fan modules, and power supply
modules) that have not already been installed.
Installing an SLX-9850-4 NEBS kit
Use the following instructions to install the Brocade SLX 9850 NEBS two-post rack kit with a mid-mount .
Use this kit XBR-SLX9850-4-NEBS-KIT to help direct
airow away from the rack area.
Verify that the items listed below are included in the NEBS Kit.
