NOTE
In the case of scheduled device power-cycles with the chassis conguration database running normally, it is recommended to
use the system power-cycle-db-shutdown command before actual rebooting the device. This command shuts down the
chassis conguration database, without rebooting the device. All commands (except for the reload command) are blocked on
this device until the device is rebooted. The device also informs its HA-peer to shut-down its database gracefully and not
handle any database requests moving forward. The device is not fully functional until it reboots. This command should be run
as part of any planned power outages.
