The message indicates that the EAPS master has moved to idle state from failed state. The EAPS master
moves to idle state when the user stops the EAPS domain.
EAPS master can be in any of the following states:
• INIT
• IDLE
• FAILED
• COMPLETE

Check whether any one has disabled the EAPS master domain.
