Explanation
This message indicates that the EAPS master has moved to complete state. The EAPS master moves to
complete state when the EAPS master is in Init state, both the ring ports are up, and the EAPS master
receives the health check PDU on the secondary port.
The EAPS master can be in any of the following states:
• INIT
• IDLE
• FAILED
• COMPLETE
