Explanation
This message indicates that the EAPS Master has received a health check PDU on the primary port.
Usually EAPS Master sends Health check PDU on the primary port and receives on the secondary port
if the ring is complete. The Health-PDU sends and receives on same port if there is a loop in the
network.
Action
Check whether there is a loop in the network.
