Explanation
This message indicates that the EAPS node, master or transit, has received a link up PDU from another
node. EAPS nodes send Linkup-PDU to its neighbors when the EAPS ports, primary or secondary, are
up.

Verify whether the EAPS port is coming up in EAPS ring.
