Explanation
This message indicates that the switch is a transit node and the master node has detected an EAPS ring
failure. EAPS master node sends a FlushFDB PDU when it detects a ring failure; all the transit nodes
receive and process this PDU.
Action
Verify the EAPS ring and make sure that all ports are up.
