Explanation
The message indicates that the link-down-pdu was not processed because the link-id of the
link-down-pdu matches the link-id of the EAPS super domain (ESD) instance.
This also indicates that the link-down-pdu is from a neighbor and the shared port of the neighbor is
down. The EAPS process already learnt this information.
