Explanation
This message indicates that the master node detected that the ring is healed and sends out a message
“RingUp-Flush-Fdb”. This causes all the Transits to flush their FDBs. Also, the Transits in
Preforwarding state will unblock their blocked ports, and go into Links-Up state.
