This message indicates that the switch failed to allocate buffer to transmit a probe packet.
This message appears only if the
debug-trace is configured to dvmrp-hello.
Action
1 Disable and Enable DVMRP; on the switch and on VLANs.
2 Check whether this error appears again.
3 If the error appears again, restart the switch.
