Explanation
The message indicates that DVMRP message queue failed while the switch was queuing a timer
message (timer tic) to the DVMRP message queue.
Action
1 Disable DVMRP and enable it after some time.
2 If you see this message again, disable and also remove the vlans from DVMRP. After some time,
enable and add the vlans to DVMRP.
3 If you see this message after removing and adding the VLANs, restart the switch.
