Explanation
The message indicates that the bridge interface is already in down state; but the switch is trying to
move the bridge interface from open state to blocked state.
This might occur in the controller, if the segment was down, and the port has moved to down state.
Action
1 Check the bridge status in ESD.
2 Disable and enable the shared port.
