Explanation
Authentication for the network login HTTP session has failed.
You can identify the source of the HTTP session from the MAC address in the message.
Action
• Check the user name and the password specified in the client during login.
• Check the RADIUS configuration on the switch.
• Check the reachability of the radius server from the switch and vice-versa. For example, verify
whether a route exists to reach the RADIUS server.
• Check the configurations on the RADIUS server.
