This message indicates that the EAPS super domain (ESD) failed to create the fail-timer. This could
occur if the switch could not allocate memory for the fail-timer creation process.
Action
1 Check the available memory on the switch.
2 Reboot the switch to free up memory for the ESD process. If you notice any issues such as memory
leak, contact Technical Support.
