To return OSPF settings to their defaults, use the commands listed in Table 12 -7 .
Table 12-6: OSPF Show Commands
Command Description
show ospf Displays global OSPF information.
show ospf area {detail} Displays information about all OSPF areas.
show ospf area <areaid> Displays information about a particular OSPF
area.
show ospf ase-summary Displays the OSPF external route
aggregation configuration.
show ospf interfaces {detail} Displays information about all OSPF
interfaces.
show ospf interfaces {vlan <name> | area
<areaid>}
Displays information about one or all OSPF
interfaces.
show ospf lsdb {detail} area [<areaid> | all]
[router | network | summary-net | summary-asb |
as-external | external-type7 |all]
Displays a table of the current LSDB. You
can filter the display using the area ID and
LSA type. The default setting is all with no
detail. If detail is specified, each entry
includes complete LSA information.
show ospf virtual-link {<areaid> <routerid> } Displays virtual link information about a
particular router or all routers.
Table 12-7: OSPF Reset and Disable Commands
Command Description
delete ospf area [<areaid> | all] Deletes an OSPF area. Once an OSPF area is
removed, the associated OSPF area and OSPF
interface information is removed. The backbone
area cannot be deleted. A non-empty area
cannot be deleted.
disable ospf Disables OSPF process in the router.
