Field Description
Broadcast Mode The fields in this group configure the privacy settings of the beacon.
When both the switches are o, the beacon is broadcast without
encryption.
Private This field indicates the broadcast privacy settings.
When o, the broadcast is unencrypted. Use the switch
to set privacy mode on or o.
Encrypted
(v5)
This field indicates the use of encrypted private beacon.
Use the switch to enable or disable encryption of
private beacons. When enabled, the beacon supports
Bluetooth v5 encrypted beacons.
Business Hours Use the fields in this group to configure the beacon's availability during
set hours. By default, the beacons broadcast continuously. This shortens
the service time due to battery drain. Use the fields in this group to limit
the beacon broadcast within a set period of time.
Enabled Use this switch to enable or disable the Business Hours
feature.
Hours Select this field and configure the business hours
during which the beacon will be active. The beacon will
not broadcast outside this duration.
Beacon Clock Displays the beacon's current time. You cannot modify
the beacon's time.
Hardware The fields in this group display the beacon's hardware information. These
fields cannot be modified.
Beacon Type Displays the beacon's hardware type. The following
beacon types are available:

2AA - A beacon powered by 2 AA size
batteries.
•
4AA - A beacon powered by 4 AA size
batteries.
•
USB - A beacon in the USB format and
powered through the USB port.
Firmware
Version
Displays the firmware version currently installed on the
beacon.
