2. From the Support portal, obtain your capacity keys. For more information, see Obtain and Apply a
Capacity Key on page 400.
There is no connection to the licensing server when an Activation Package for Permanent Licensing
is installed. Therefore, the Extreme Campus Controller displays a connection failure message. This
message can be ignored for Permanent Licensing. Simply select the Switch to Permanent Licensing
link to clear the message.

3. After selecting Switch to Permanent Licensing, your valid capacity limits are displayed.
