6 After you secure the chassis, remove the helper bracket. Store it for future use, for example, if you
need to remove the chassis.
Grounding the BlackDiamond 10808 Switch
To ground your BlackDiamond 10808 switch in accordance with NEBS standards, gather these materials:
• Two zinc-plated steel lockwashers
• Two zinc-plated steel nuts
• One Panduit-style, standard two-hole barrel, copper compression lug
• 14 AWG, high strand-count copper wire cable
