AP560h Access Point
Overview of AP560h
The AP560h is a stadium-optimized Wi-Fi 6, 802.11ax/ac/abgn outdoor access
point. The AP560h access point caters to the stadium environment by
supporting high density of users and devices.
The AP560h access point offers flexible deployment options and can be
mounted to a pole, to a wall, and to other access points with software
selectable antennas, thereby ensuring exceptional mobile experience
throughout the stadium.
Features
The AP560h access point has the following features:
• Radios: 2 radios (1 dual-band, 2.4GHz and 5GHz, and 1 band-locked 5GHz);
1 IoT Radio (2.4 GHz)
• Two Ethernet ports:
– 1 x 100/1000/2500/5000 Mbps auto-negotiation Ethernet port, RJ45
– 1 x 10/100/1000 Mpbs auto-negotiation Ethernet port, RJ45
• Dimensions: 11.3" x 18.9" x 3.5" (288 mm x 481 mm x 88 mm)
• LEDs: Two top-mounted LEDs
– All LEDs will be on during reset.
•One Reset button
•Security locks:
– One Kensington lock
– One security hangar lock
•Power: PoE 802.3at
• Antennas:
– Two software selectable internal antennas (30 and 70 degree
directional antennas)
• Temperature:
– -40°F to +131°F (-40°C to +55°C) operating temperature

Verify the contents of the box and ensure that the following items are

Mounting Options
AP560h can be mounted to a wall or to a pole by purchasing separate
mounting brackets which are described in the following table.
Note: The AP560h requires a minimum base firmware of WiNG 7.1.2.

AP560h access point can also be purchased as an overhead access point
bundle called AP560t along with the mounting brackets. The following table
provides the details:

Professional Installation Instruction
Installation personal
This product is designed for specific application and needs to be installed by a qualified
personal who has RF and related rule knowledge. The general user shall not attempt to
install or change the setting.
Installation location
The product shall be installed at a location where the radiating antenna can be kept 36
cm from nearby person in normal operation condition to meet regulatory RF exposure
requirement.
External antenna
Use only the antennas which have been approved by the applicant. The non-approved
antenna(s) may produce unwanted spurious or excessive RF transmitting power which
may lead to the violation of FCC/IC limit and is prohibited.

Emplacement d'installation
En usage normal, afin de respecter les exigences reglementaires concernant l'exposition
aux radiofrequences, ce produit doit etre installe de facon a respecter une distance de 36
cm entre l'antenne emettrice et les personnes.

1 The symbol above indicates that separate collection of electrical and
electronic equipment is required.
2 When this product has reached the end of its serviceable life, it cannot be
disposed of as unsorted municipal waste. It must be collected and treated
separately.
3 It has been determined by the European Parliament that there are potential
negative effects on the environment and human health as a result of the
presence of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.
4 It is the users’ responsibility to utilize the available collection system to
