Supplying Power to the Summit WM3400 Wireless
LAN Controller
1 Plug the power supply into the power inlet at the back of the Summit WM3400 wireless LAN
controller. See “Power Cord Specifications and Power Requirements” on page 9 for more information
on power requirements.
2 Plug the cord into a standard AC outlet with a voltage range of 100 to 240 VAC.
WARNING!
An improper shutdown can render the Summit WM3400 wireless LAN controller inoperable such that it
could require service by Extreme Networks Support. Do not remove AC power without first following the
shutdown procedure. An abrupt loss of power can corrupt the information stored on the device.
