Telescoping Handle

Congratulations on your purchase of this Extech Telescoping Handle. This accessory can be used

with several Extech meters to enable measurements in areas normally unreachable.

Operation

The meter sensor is attached to the top of the pole using the tripod screw.

1. Release the head cover (3) by pressing the two release

latches (1).

2. Secure the meter to the head tripod screw (2) and replace the

head cover

3. Adjust the head to the needed angle and tighten with the

locking screw (4)

Extend the pole sections by twisting the locking nuts as shown and then securing at

the desired length.

NOTE: The extended pole should only be used in the vertical position. If

used in the horizontal position with the pole extended the meter’s weight

will damage the mechanism.
