FLIRSystems,Inc.warrantsthisExtechInstrumentsbranddevicetobefreeofdefectsinpartsandworkmanshipforone
yearfromdateofshipment(asixmonthlimitedwarrantyappliestosensorsandcables).Ifitshouldbecomenecessary
toreturntheinstrumentforserviceduringorbeyondthewarranty
period,contacttheCustomerServiceDepartment
forauthorization.Visitthewebsitewww.extech.comforcontactinformation.AReturnAuthorization(RA)number
mustbeissuedbeforeanyproductisreturned.Thesenderisresponsibleforshippingcharges,freight,insuranceand
properpackagingtopreventdamageintransit.Thiswarrantydoesnotapplytodefectsresultingfromactionofthe
usersuchasmisuse,improperwiring,operationoutsideofspecification,impropermaintenanceorrepair,
or
unauthorizedmodification.FLIRSystems,Inc.specificallydisclaimsanyimpliedwarrantiesormerchantabilityorfitness
foraspecificpurposeandwillnotbeliableforanydirect,indirect,incidentalorconsequentialdamages.FLIR’stotal
liabilityislimitedtorepairorreplacementoftheproduct.Thewarrantysetforthaboveis
inclusiveandnoother
warranty,whetherwrittenororal,isexpressedorimplied.
Calibration,Repair,andCustomerCareServices
FLIRSystems,Inc.offersrepairandcalibrationservices for the Extech Instruments products we
sell. We offer NIST traceable calibration for most of our products. Contact our Customer
Service Department for information on calibration service availability. Annual calibrations
should be performed to verify meter performance and accuracy. Technical support and
general customer service is also provided, refer to the contact information provided below.

