OUP:OverVoltageProtection
Thisunithasabuilt‐intrackingovervoltageprotectionfeature.Intheeventofoutputvoltage
becominggreaterthanthesetvalue(seespecifiedrangefromspecificationstable),protection
willbetriggeredandtheoutputpowerwillbecutoffandOUPwarningappearsasbelow.
Toresetthewarning,switchofftheunitandremoveallloading.
Switchtheunitbackonagainanditshould resumenormaloperation.
Ifthisproblempersists,pleasecontactthecustomercaredepartmentorthepointofpurchase.
OTP:OverTemperatureProtection
Thereisathermosensorinsidetheunittomonitorandpreventtheunitfromundulyheating
internally.WhenanOTPerroroccurs,thereisnooutputandthefollowingwarningwillappear
ontheLEDdisplay.
Whenthiswarningappears,switchofftheunitandremoveallloading.
Checktheloadandoutputsetting.Allowtheunittocoolforatleast30minutes.
Checktoseeifanyventilationholesareblocked,alsocheckthatthereissufficientclearance
aroundthepowersupply.
Listencarefullyfortheshortwindsoundemanatingfromthecoolingfanwhentheunitis
switchedONagain.Ifthewindsoundisnotdetected,thefanmaybefaulty;donotusethe
powersupplyinthiscase,contactthecustomercaredepartmentortheagentfromthepointof
purchase.
OLP:OverLoadProtection
NormallytheoverloadprotectionissustainedbytheCCconstantcurrentmode.WhentheCC
modefailsandgoesundetected,seriousdamagetothetestpieceorloadmayoccur.TheOLPis
usedtominimizetheextentofdamagetotheloadsintheeventofpowersupplyfailure.
Switch
offthepowersupplyassoonasthiswarningisseen(asshownbelow).
Toresetthiswarning,switchofftheunitandremoveallloading.
Switchtheunitbackonagainanddoublecheckwithcaution.
Ifthisproblempersists,pleasecontactthecustomercaredepartmentorandconsultwiththe
agentatthepointofpurchase.
