Please pay attention to the following in󰍰allation and safety recommendations:
- Read the in󰎤allation manual before in󰎤alling this sy󰎤em.
NOTE! Please make sure your in󰎤allation location has enough room for the sy󰎤em
Incoming Water
Incoming water pressure mu󰍰 be at lea󰍰 20 PSI to use this sy󰍰em. Te󰍰 your water occasionally to make sure
the sy󰍰em is performing. Depending on your water prole any additional treatment your water requires mu󰍰
be handled outside of this sy󰍰em.
Leaks
Inspect all connections after the in󰍰allation to make sure no leaks occur. If you x a leak wait until after the
sy󰍰em is pressurized to inspect again. The Leak Stop Valve mu󰍰 be in󰍰alled. Check sy󰍰em occasionally after
in󰍰allation or maintenance to make sure no leaks have developed.
General
This sy󰍰em is for climate controlled indoor use only. Exposure to overly high or low temperature ranges will
damage the unit. Follow all of your province/󰍰ate and local laws and codes regarding plumbing even if they
dier from what is 󰍰ated in this manual. If your province/󰍰ate law requires it or you prefer we recommend
using a professional licensed in󰍰aller or plumber who meets the requirements of this sy󰍰em. All O-Rings, t-
tings, lter cani󰍰ers, and teon tape wear out after a certain period of time. The lifetime of your components
are subject to change with the quality of the water supplied. Turn o all electrical appliances and outlets from
your circuit breaker before working in your cabinet area. Do not handle an unwrapped lter directly with your
bare hands as this can cause early lter failure. Use appropriate eye protection when performing any drilling.
Maintenance
If you prefer you can use a local plumber who meets the requirements of this sy󰍰em for in󰍰allation and/or
maintenance.
The owner/user is obligated to properly maintain the sy󰍰em when necessary, at lea󰍰 every year, failure to do
so may void your warranty. Maintenance includes the following:
- Replace the O-rings on the lter housings, membrane housing, ttings, and lter cartridges.
- Replace any connectors and lter housings with proper replacement parts.
- Sanitize your sy󰎤em as often as needed (how often changes with the prole of your area’s incoming water).
- Always use proper replacement lter cartridges with the correct size and length replacements.
- Replace the Teon Tape on all threaded connections and ttings.
