Terms & Conditions
Crem International UK Ltd (herein referred to as the Manufacturer) machines are guaranteed to be free from any defects in materials or workmanship during manufacture for a period of 12 months from the initial
date of equipment despatch. The warranty does not cover items that require replacement in the course of maintenance or as a result of fair wear and tear.
Liability under this warranty is limited at the decision of the Manufacturer to the replacement or repair, free of charge, excluding carriage cost either way or any incurred labour cost, of such parts as shall be
acknowledged after the Manufacturer’s inspection to be defective in material or workmanship, provided that any such claims under this warranty are notifed to the Manufacturer without delay. All parts
recognised as defective shall become the property of the Manufacturer.
except insofar as any injury, damage or loss is caused by the negligence of the Manufacturer or its employees and insofar as exclusion is not prohibited or negated by law this warranty is in substitution for
any express or implied guarantee, representation warranty or condition and the Manufacturer shall not be liable for any injury, damage or loss directly or indirectly attributed to any or done in connection
herewith.
The unexpired part of this warranty may be transferred to another owner providing the machine has been serviced and maintained by the Manufacturer or Manufacturers authorised service agent as prescribed
and remains in the same location.
under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), consumers have the right to a 7-day ’cooling off’ period from purchases bought via internet, fax, phone etc. However, all Crem
International UK Ltd products are for commercial use only. DSRs do not apply to business to business transactions and purchases from Crem International UK Ltd are therefore exempt. Although this is strictly
the case, in the highly unlikely event that you change your mind with regard to your purchase from us, we will take each return case individually. Please note that a 20% restocking fee is applied to all returns
unless agreed beforehand. All goods remain the property of Crem International UK Ltd until paid for.
The warranty shall cease immediately if:
1. The machine is modifed or added to in any way not previously agreed with the Manufacturer in writing.
2. The instructions contained in the Operations Manual are not complied with.
3. The machine is serviced, relocated or maintained by anybody other than the Manufacturer or Manufacturer’s authorised service agent.
Observe the following in your best interests;
1. We recommend using only Crem International UK Ltd original parts explicitly approved by us. These parts have been selected for their reliability and suitability for Crem International machines.
2. We are unable to make assessments for other manufacturers parts and therefore cannot be held responsible for them, even if in individual cases an offcial approval or authorisation by governmental
or approval agencies exists.
3. Crem International UK Ltd original parts as approved can be obtained from our factory.
Comprehensive assistance and advice on maintaining your machine at its optimum level can be
obtained from the machine operator’s manual and from Crem International UK Ltd.
Exclusions
1. Lime Scale - Any faults resulting from scale related issues.
2. Misuse/Breakages - Resulting from accident, neglect or Operator malpractice.
3. Wearable Items - Group seals, Pumps, Facia Panels, etc.
4. Dispensing Volumes - Any faults caused by adjustment after initial installation.
5. Grinders - The replacement of Grinding Blades.
6. Water Treatment units.
7. Knockout Drawers.
8. Machine accessories.

Deliveries
Our default delivery service for very small, light items (spare parts) is Royal Mail First Class. For larger items (consumables), items are sent using a national courier service. For very large equipment (espresso
machines) items are sent on pallets, by a national courier. All standard deliveries are 1-3 day. A next day priority service is available for urgent deliveries. We aim to despatch by next working day, though if you require
urgent delivery we will always aim to despatch same day if we receive your order before 12. Contact us if you have an urgent requirement and we may be able to help.
Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that the item arrives faulty or damaged in transit, please write a detailed description on the driver’s paperwork, signed for by yourself. Please alert us by phone within 2 hours. We will
happily exchange this for a replacement unit as soon as is possible. Signing for the goods unseen and then fnding any damage to the goods may make an exchange beyond our reach.
WEEE
If you feel that the equipment has reached its EOL then we do offer a full recycling facility for you and the end user. Simply return the equipment back to our warehouse with a covering letter stating that you would
like us to recycle on your behalf and that you release any claim of title on the goods.
Faults/Warranty Claims
In the unlikely event that your equipment has developed a fault, you need to ring us immediately, whether covered by your warranty or not. Many ’faults’ which develop are in fact curable over the phone.
Legitimate faults occurring under warranty will be dealt with as described in your equipment’s specifc warranty. Otherwise Crem International UK Ltd engineers can service your machine when all other cost
effective avenues have been exhausted for you.
Warranty coverage limitations?
The warranty call will be deemed non warranty and chargeable to the call originator if in the service agents opinion the breakdown was caused by any of the following:- ( basic guideline)
* Poor water quality
* Lime scale
* Poor, fuctuating or unsuitable water pressure
* Problems with the site electrical power ftted to the machine, ftted cable or isolator where applicable.
* Internal lighting and display for fascia panels
* Incorrect use of the machine and misuse
* Failure to operate the machine correctly
* Failure to correctly and frequently clean the machine
* Failure to de-scale the machine frequently, periodically and adequately
* Loss of any machine component
* Breakages of any glass such as gauge glasses
* Programming or adjustment of any machine programming (including operating settings, drink strengths, recipes and drink sizes)
* Failure of the machine or any part-component due to incorrect installation
If the call is deemed not to be covered under the warranty by Crem International UK Ltd, the call originator will be liable to pay all the costs incurred by the machine repair.
Crem International UK Ltd makes the warranty coverage determination based on information stated by our appointed service agent. The decision is made on an individual basis taking the site history into
account where appropriate. This decision can be re-evaluated on request. Any re-evaluated decision made by Crem International UK Ltd will be deemed fnal.
We at Crem International wish you many years of satisfaction with your new coffee equipment. Please keep the warranty and Operators instructions in a safe place once you have read the important
information contained herein.
