After the PCMCIA 32-Bit Card support is installed, Windows will prompt you to reboot your computer.
Then you should refer to the first section titled “Using PORTABLE MULTIMEDIA KIT Under Windows 95”
to configure the Multimedia kit.
Adding the PCMCIA Socket
If the PCMCIA Socket is NOT listed in the “Device Manager” window, then you must add a PCMCIA
socket to your system. Please click on the “Add New Hardware” icon in the Control Panel folder and
select “PCMCIA socket”. Select the appropriate type of PCMCIA Controller that matches with yours and
follow the on-screen instructions.
Note: Do not install the ESS Audio Application Software, they are for Windows 3.1 only
